So here's the main characters of Ace of Spades 1! At last! I'll have to do another for pre-AoS1, since there's a few flashbacks of Tier, Bengal, and Aurora in their late teens, as opposed to their late 20s here.

-Troy is Aurora's younger brother
-Aurora is an (in)famous prostitute in Fortanya, and is Ace's mom
-Michael is already a card shark and a poker wiz, but has not been "given" his signature nickname
-Tier is partners with Bengal in their bounty hunting business based in Fortanya (and is Ace's dad)
-Bengal is partners with Tier in their bounty hunting business. Bet you didn't see that coming.

It sure is; Tier and Bengal's story was written long before Ace came into the picture. One of these days I'll have to type up a prequel...

Oooh are we going to see this story again? That was a good one. Nice to see updated version of Tier and Bengal. Also, dude Bengal looks like Ed :O it's totally the hair and beard, but o_O

Hm, was Troy brought up in the original story? I don't remember hearing about him.

Ooh, there's a story before Ace comes along. You'll need to get that up when you've got the time. I'm curious. Ace looks a lot like Troy here.

Yea, I should. I started writing Tier and Bengal's story as a first attempt at a completely original storyline, then shelved it when I made up Ace (ironically for my Elemental Guardians fan fiction)... but then realized I could combine the two... bwa ha ha--*ahem*. Thanks ^^'

He does look similar, which was not planned at all--I mean--well, Troy is his uncle, so I guess there's a bit of family resemblance. He ends up looking more like his dad when he grows up though. :)

I figured I needed to do a reference for the characters in #1 since I hadn't really done it yet... And I knoo... I tried so hard to not make Bengal look like Ed... but Bengal was around first and Ed just kinda ended up with the same hair stylings... *sigh* ah well.

Troy wasn't in #1 very much; he sees Ace a bit at the beginning and at the end when he offers Ace a place to stay, but he's not too integral to the storyline. I think I had bigger plans for him and then kinda forgot about him... He also pops up in #3 when Ace is thrown in the jail cell next to him, but he's still not in the picture for too long.
