A portrait of my old girl Sandie--yep, a miniature dachshund. She was standing there looking pleased with herself, so I laid across the ground and snapped this shot before she noticed I had the camera. She hates having her picture taken, and usually turns around or blinks a lot so I get a bad shot. She's silly like that.

And for those keeping track, yes, she's doing much better now. You can't see all the teeth she's got missing since they're on top, but she's a happy girl now. :) She says hi to everyone who's been thinking about her.

She'll be 15 on July 5th! Happy birthday, my girl! :hugs puppy:

Awwww she's adorable! She does look like she's doing much better now. She looks happy. Aww, and she has the same white eyebrows as Oreo. Heehee lookit those tiny little legs :XD:

Thanks, hehehe. Her white eyebrows are from age; they were dark brown like the rest of her face used to be... But that's ok, she looks more distinguished now :XD:

Tiny legs but HUUUUUGE personality :nod:

Oh I know. Oreo has nice white eyebrows and his white muzzle patch is spreading. But he doesn't look distinguished. His eyes going opposite directions kinda ruins that :XD:

Oh yes, I've met enough doxies at the vet to see those personalities. They're such fun little dogs :aww:

:aww: She's so cute. She's still got such big puppy eyes even though she's turning 15. Happy early birthday to her. My dog Milleficent was strange about getting her picture taken. She would get all shy. Hoorah for doggies!
